Apartamentos Javier will be able to modify unilaterally, at any moment in which it considers it necessary, the present General Conditions, as well as to introduce in them new clauses. In no case they will affect previous contractual relations already perfected. The prices shown on this page may change at any time and are shown for information purposes only. However, once the reservation has been made, the price cannot be changed except to correct an error in case it has occurred.
Bookings and cancellations
When an advance payment is requested, the transfer must be completed within a maximum of 3 working days, otherwise the reservation will not be made. This condition is not applicable to reservations made less than 3 working days prior to arrival. If a refund of the advance payment is made, the original amount will be reduced by the expenses incurred by our establishment related to the transfer as well as any charges that the client may have pending. Reservations may be cancelled or modified. However, if the cancellation or modification is communicated less than 10 days prior to arrival, the first night will be charged. Modifications are subject to availability. At the end of the period in which the customer can cancel free of charge, the establishment may make an advance charge not exceeding the cancellation fee. Any cause that prevents this charge will result in the unilateral cancellation of the reservation by the establishment. Some of the most common causes may be: lack of funds; cancelled, inoperative or blocked payment instrument; return or refusal of the charge; false or erroneous information; etc. Once the check-in date has passed, in case of bringing forward the departure day established in the reservation, the client must also pay for the night corresponding to the departure day. In case of requesting to postpone the departure day established in the reservation, the approval will be subject to availability. If the client does not show up on the first day of the reservation, they will be considered as a no-show and will be charged the total amount of the stay and the reservation will be forfeited. If there is an advance payment, these charges will be deducted first from the advance payment. If the client does not notify that they will arrive later than 20:00 on the first day of the reservation, they will also be considered a no-show. The establishment may change the customer's room and room type. The client will have the right to keep the original contract price if the new room has a higher price or to pay the price of the new room if it has a lower price. The criterion for determining whether the room type is higher or lower is based exclusively on the public prices offered by the establishment on this website.
The advance payment may be used as a deposit by the establishment, although the client's responsibility may be greater than this. The person who made the reservation will be responsible for any damage that occurs in your room or missing items. Failure to respect the rules of behavior or improper use of the facilities may result in immediate expulsion from the establishment and the customer will have to pay the full price of the reservation. Excessive or prolonged noise will have the same consequences. Rooms cannot be re-let and the number of persons occupying a room cannot exceed the number of persons approved by the establishment when the reservation was made. On the departure day scheduled in your reservation, the client must leave the premises before 12:00 noon. Smoking is not permitted in the establishment. Pets are not allowed.
You as a user are obliged to pay the corresponding amounts, including fees and taxes, in case of contracting any product or service. It is your obligation to personally answer for the authenticity of the data provided, as well as the correspondence of the same with your identity when you give your consent and make the payment. You must assume any responsibility derived from the non-possession of the documentation required to enjoy the contracted service, having to be informed of the requirements in this regard, and expressly including those relating to border access to third countries.
